Of the first category, I recommend the HD mods by Tchos, these modify the main screens in the game for better layout at high resolutions. There are basically 2 types of mods, some that adjust the User Interface and others that provide custom adventures (modules and campaigns). This mod overhauls many aspects of the user interface of NWN2 to provide larger fonts and larger panels for HD widescreen resolutions of 1920x1080, as well as support image portraits in the vertical rectangular aspect ratio of 256x400 pixels, as in Baldur's Gate and NWN1.
